Raised in a service-oriented family, Wilfredo, the founder of the Valiant Development Foundation, had this vision to be of service to his fellowmen.  He is devoted into leaving a legacy of compassionate service.  Together with his devoted wife, Maribel, they established this foundation as a way to give back.
